Police, military arrest six alleged drug personalities in Sultan Kudarat

Joint military and police forces arrested six alleged drug personalities in a law enforcement operation in Sultan Kudarat on Tuesday. Captain Arvin Encinas, spokesman of the Army’s 6th Infantry Division, said the suspects are Gary Domingo, 30, Maricel Cortez, 22, Rusta Mamaluba, 44, Paquito Mamalub, a Christial Paul Dulyosa, 17, and Jhon Cliford Harvest. He said the suspects were arrested in a drug den at the vicinity of Purok Urban, Barangay San Emanual, Tacurong City around 4:30 am. Encinas said the suspects have an outstanding warrant of arrest. He also mentioned during the operation the government troops were able to seize one homemade caliber 7.62 pistol, one caliber 38, one caliber 22, and methamphetamine hydrochloride (shabu) worth 4,000 pesos from the suspects. Encinas said the suspects were detained at Tacurong City Police Station and will be charged with violation of Repucblic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Acts of 2002. “The minor in the arrested suspects will also be turned over to the office of Department of Social Welfare and Development,” he said. “The accomplishment was part of the law enforcement support operation and continuing campaign on war on drugs of 6th Infantry Division since President Rodrigo Duterte had assumed office,” he added.
