Residential area razed by six-hour fire in Pasay

A fire razed a residential area in Pasay City on Monday afternoon, which firemen managed put under control after six hours.
Pasay City Fire Officer 3 Wispur Alimario said at least 35 houses were damaged in Brgy. 23, Zone 2 No 165 David St. FB Harrison street..
Alimario said the fire started at 2:19 pm. and reached third alarm at 2:25 pm. The fire was put out at 8:23 pm. Damage to property was estimated at P300,000, he added.
The Bureau of Fire Protection-National Capital Region said there are 3009 fire incidents this year, where 73 persons died as of July 30.
