Seven reported dead in Cordillera due to floods: Office of Civil Defense

BAGUIO CITY – Seven people have been reported dead due to floods, landslides and mishaps caused by monsoon rains, the Office of Civil Defense in the Cordillera region said Monday.
Christian Asiong Babsa-ay, 26, was dug up dead under mud and rocks at Km. 73, Amgaleyguey, Buguias Benguet last Saturday, while the bodies of Florentino, 50, and Christian Ligaten, 45, were were found in Tagpaya, Madaymen, Kibungan, also in Benguet after their house was buried in a landslide. Their 14-year-old son Clifford was rescued. DMS
