Suspect allegedly placed bomb in bag on motorbike owned by militiaman: Albayalde

A man allegedly placed a bag which contained the improvised bomb in a motorcycle owned by a militiaman before the blast in Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, on Tuesday which has killed three persons and wounded 36 others.
Philippine National Police (PNP) Director General Oscar Albayalde told reporters Thursday after arriving from Isulan investigators have a draft cartographic sketch of the suspect, who bought fruits from a vendor before the explosion.
"The suspect allegedly placed the bomb in a bag in a motorcycle which is owned by a Cafgu (member)," said Albayalde
He refused to pin the blame on intelligence operatives as around 260 police and military secured the area. The suspect escaped, Albayalde added, through a companion on a motorbike,
“They chased this person but then he apparently has a companion who was driving a motorcycle,” he told reporters in an ambush interview in Camp Crame.
He said the draft cartographic sketch has yet to be released.
“We still can't show it to the public because it's still too early and we are still looking for other persons of interest,” said Albayalde.
Albayalde said out of the 36 wounded, fifteen have been discharged from the hospital and the rest are out of danger. DMS
