Three foreigners and one Filipino were arrested by the Silang municipal police station on Thursday, a police report said Friday.
Sandy Oliver Lazaro, a student, Brendon Ncube, 22, a Zimbabwean; Muleta Mutakatala, 23, of Zambia and Shaundre Cairncross, 18, of South Africa, were arrested at 8:40 pm after the security guard of the Adventist University of the Philippines, with police and school officials, did a surprise inspection and found they were holding a pot session.
Police said they caught the four in act of sniffing suspected shabu. One heat-sealed plastic bag with suspected marijuana was recovered from Lazaro along with an improvised glass tooter.
