Two alleged NPA members killed in Davao City

Two alleged members of New People's Army (NPA) were killed while a wounded woman rebel was arrested following a clash in Davao City on Wednesday.
1st Lt. Gen. Adrian Gautane, civil military operations officer of the 27th Infantry Battalion, said the clash happened at the vicinity of Sitio Kanacan, Brgy. Saloy, Calinan District, around 11:55 am.
Gautane said the troops were responding to the reported presence of an armed group when they encountered the rebels.
Troops also recovered one M14, three M16, and one M4 rifles from the enemy. Robina Asido/DMS
