Japan Falls to 2-0 in Soccer Tournament of Nations

East Hartford, Connecticut- Japan lost to Brazil 2-1 in their second match of the Tournament of Nations on Sunday, falling to 2-0 in the four-team women's international soccer tournament.
A stoppage-time goal for sixth-ranked Japan on a header by Rika Masuya failed to offset the first two goals of the game by No. 7 Brazil.
The defeat in the game in East Hartford, Connecticut, left Japan with a record of four wins, three losses and two draws against Brazil.
Japan was defeated by the United States 4-2 in their opening match of the tournament in Kansas City on Thursday.
