Soccer Star Honda to Support Entrepreneurship Campaign

Tokyo- Japanese soccer star Keisuke Honda on Saturday became an official supporter of the industry ministry's campaign to promote entrepreneurship.

Industry minister Hiroshige Seko told Honda that he hopes Honda will help instill entrepreneurial mindsets in children. The ministry launched the campaign last month.

Honda stressed the importance of boosting entrepreneurship in Japan.

Earlier this week, Honda unveiled plans to invest in startups in the United States jointly with Hollywood star Will Smith. Jiji Press
