3 found dead in Legazpi City landslide: PNP

Three persons were found dead by police after a landslide, spawned by rains caused by tropical depression "Usman" struck their home in Legazpi City Saturday morning.
In a report by the Philippine National Police Bicol regional office, police responded to a report on an landslide at the area at 1:23 am.
Personnel of the city disaster risk reduction council and police found the bodies of Mauro Alegre, 26, Mia Lorete and Marco Alegre 3 at P-2, Barangay San Francisco at 4 am.
The Bicol region was among the areas where weather forecasters raised tropical cyclone warning signal number one as tropical storm"Usman" approached Eastern Samar on Friday. "Usman" weakened into a tropical depression as it made landfall in Borongan, Eastern Samar at 6 am Saturday. DMS
