Advincula does not know persons in oust-Duterte matrix

Peter Joenel Advincula, the self-confessed person behind the videos against President Rodrigo Duterte, said he does not know who are those persons included in the oust-Duterte matrix released by Malacanang.

In a press briefing at Camp Crame, Advincula or “Bikoy” said he does not any involvement with the arrested Rodel Jayme, allegedly the uploader of the videos nor to journalist Ellen Tordesillas.

“I don’t know Rodel Jayme (or) Ellen Tordesillas, I also don’t know the others (included in the matrix),” he said.

He added that he does not know how Jayme got the links of the videos and he never met Tordesillas.

Advincula said the Palace have their own intelligence network which is out of his capacity to deny or confirm the persons in the matrix.

“I don't have the authority in respect to the Malacanang Palace especially on their communications office and also to Secretary (Salvador) Panelo to confirm or deny. That is their prerogative. They are the ones who created it,” he added.

He said it’s up to the Palace to validate their own matrix.

On his 2016 background of involving former President Benigno Aquino III and Senator Leila De Lima on drug trade, Advincula said he was ordered by officials from the New Bilibid Prison who hate the senator.

“It is also scripted,” he admitted.

But Advincula clarified that it was not Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II who talked to him to create a story linking the senator to the drug trade inside Bilibid.

He said he is supposed to be the finale witness on the hearing but when asked if the cases against the senator is not true, Advincula said he is not sure as different government officials asked for his help.

“I cannot tell… I was just ordered by the officials from the Bureau of Corrections who are mad at Senator De Lima to do that. What happened to Herbert Colangco, Jayvee Sebastian and others are different situations,” Advincula said.

“We had a series of talks with DOJ but I will clarify that it’s not Secretary Aguirre who talk to me. (They released) a different group (in the hearing), it’s not my group because I’m supposed to be the finale,” he added.

On the names of the personalities, Advincula said he will let the Philippine National Police and Department of Justice to handle that.

“I will let that to the authorities for now… time will come and it will be revealed but I trust PNP and DOJ on that matter for now,” he said.
