AFP chief Clement gets fourth star

Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff Gen. Noel Clement received his fourth star in a ceremony in Camp Aguinaldo on Wednesday.
Clement got his fourth star during the donning of ranks ceremony presided by Defense Undersecretary Cardozo Luna.
Clement was assisted by his wife Geraldine Anne, and their two sons.
Also present in the ceremony were the AFP Vice Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Salvador Melchor Mison and the commanders of the AFP major services and AFP Southern Luzon Command.
Clement was promoted to the rank of general more than a month after his appointment as AFP chief on September 24. Robina Asido/DMS
