Alleged food poisoning downs at least 137 in Imelda’s birthday: PRC

At least 137 persons suffered from alleged food poisoning during the celebration of former First Lady Imelda Marcos' 90th birthday in Pasig City on Wednesday.
A report from Philippine Red Cross said the incident happened around 11:20am at the Ynares Sports Complex with an estimated 2,000 participants.
The 137 persons suffered vomiting and dizziness.
"Eight PRC (Philippine Red Cross) ambulances responded to an alleged food poisoning in a private celebration at the Ynares Sports Complex at 11:20 this high noon, July 3," PRC said on its Twitter account.
The ambulances transported three persons to Rizal Medical Center and conducted blood pressure monitoring to 25 individuals so far. Ella Dionisio/DMS
