Alleged victim of summary execution found in Laguna

The body of a man suspected to be a victim of summary execution was discovered in Mabitac, Laguna Friday morning.
The Mabitac municipal police said the body was found around 10:20 am by a farmer identified as Robert Aclan along the ravine of Manila East in Barangay Amuyong, Mabitac.
Police said the victim was wearing an orange polo shirt and gray cargo pants, about 160 cm tall, medium-built with fair complexion and between 19 to 25 years old.
Police Staff Sergeant Marc Oliver Geronimo said in a report the victim is "believed to be a victim of summary execution (salvage) as shown on his hands that is hogtied with a green rope and with alleged multiple hack wounds on the different parts of his body."
