”Bikoy” wanted in Baguio

BAGUIO CITY -- Peter Joemel Advincula, who claimed to be “Bikoy”, the whistleblower who claimed President Rodrigo Duterte's family and associates were linked to illegal drug, is wanted in Baguio City and nearby Benguet province for various crimes.
On September 13, 2007, then Regional Trial Court branch 6 Judge Ruben Ayson ordered law enforcers to arrest him for syndicated large-scale illegal recruitment.
With an alias as “R.B Santos”, Advincula are being sought with a certain John Paul Rafael Benedict Santos, Arcangel de Leon alias “Archie Santos”, Nora Enriquez, Joy Caoile, Lorena Camba alias “Lory Camba” and Jaime Gaupo Jr., then living at the Colegio de la Pontifical Academia at No. 9, Purok 4, Outlook Drive, in Baguio City.
Advincula with the same cohorts are also being sought for two estafa cases before Municipal Trial Court of La Trinidad Judge Delilah Gonzales-Munoz, who issued a warrant of arrest on September 26, 2007.
Both complaints against Advincula were lodged before the NBI-Cordillera in 2007, investigators said. DMS
