BSP Gov. Diokno tests negative for COVID-19

Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Gov. Benjamin Diokno has tested negative for COVID-19, the centraal bank said in a statement Wednesday.

Diokno went on self-quarantine as a precaution. It ended Wednesday, the central bank said. 

''He will report for work tomorrow, just in time for the Monetary Board policy meeting. The continued health of members of the Monetary Board is paramount to the stability of the financial system amidst this pandemic,''the central bank said. DMS
