BuCor official shot dead in Muntinlupa

A Bureau of Corrections ( BuCor) official was shot dead by an unidentified suspect in Muntinlupa City last Tuesday.
In a report from Muntinlupa City Police Station, they identified the suspect as Ruperto Traya Jr., 53, chief administrative officer 3 and residing at Type B New Bilibid Prison Reservation.
Initial investigation disclosed that around 1:40 pm Traya was shot at Amparo Street, Barangay in Poblacion, Muntinlupa City.
Traya alighted from his motorcycle to open the gate of his rented parking lot when a gunman shot him in the head. The attacker fled.
Authorities are conducting an investigation for the arrest of the suspect. Ella Dionisio/DMS
