Coast Guard launches operation to find missing diver off Tubbataha

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) launched a search and rescue operation for a missing diver off Tubbataha, Palawan.
Capt. Armando Balilo, PCG spokesman, said Wednesday the Coast Guard received a report a diver could not be found in Tubbataha around 11 am Tuesday.
"Immediately, we directed PCG District Palawan to verify the report, coordinate with the diver's group and launch SAR operations," he said.
Balilo said the diver, identified as a certain Bryan Nazareno, was missing since 4 pm last Monday.
He said at around 1 pm of Tuesday, BRP Cabra was dispatched to the area.
"Onboard the vessel are frogmen from Special Operations Group and medical team," he said.
