DOH reports 10 more cases of COVID-19

The Department of Health (DOH) announced ten new cases of COVID-19 on Monday.
Assistant Health Secretary Ma. Rosario Vergeire told a televised press conference that this brings the total number of cases are now 20. Four new cases were reported Sunday night.
''We still need more information on the additional cases to find out if they are epidemiology linked,'' said Vergeire. She said DOH got the positive results around Monday lunchtime and teams were formed to look at these cases.
The announcement as President Rodrigo Duterte announced a state of national public health emergency. Duterte is set to meet the task force on infectious diseases and town mayors late Monday afternoon in Malacanang. DMS
