A Filipina worker allegedly jumped to her death from the third floor of her employer's residence in Sabahiya, Kuwait on Tuesday, according to the Department of Foreign Affairs ( DFA).
In a report on Wednesday, the DFA said the Philippine embassy is coordinating closely with Kuwaiti authorities who are investigating the death of the household worker from Isabela.
"The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) expresses its condolences to the family of a Filipino worker who died after reportedly jumping from her employer’s residence in Kuwait on Tuesday," it said.
The DFA assures the next of kin in the Philippines of its assistance in repatriation of the remains of the victim. DMS
