Four Chinese nationals were arrested at a casino in Pasay City.

Pasay City police nabbed four Chinese tourists identified as Hui Qin, 29 years old; Shengtao Tan, 40 years old; Kaisi Luo, 36 years old; and Pu Fei, 29 years old. The four were arrested inside the casino of the Resorts World Manila in Villamor, same hotel where they were also residing.
According to authorities, another Chinese national identified as Samuel Chong told the police that he was allegedly detained for his failure to pay his debt worth P300,000 which was lend to him in consideration of an interest.
"When the victim failed to pay the said amount of money the suspects forced him to pay and guarded him not to leave the place. At the same time suspects threatened to kill him," Supt. Jenny Tecson, Public Information Officer of Southern Police District said in a report.
Police said Chong was able to get the attention of a waitress for help. The waitress asked for an assistance by the casino's security guards to help Chong.
Cases of serious illegal detention and grave threat will be filed against the four. Cristina Eloisa Baclig
