Former Daraga Mayor Carlwyn Baldo cannot leave the country after he was freed for posting bail as a hold departure order (HDO) was issued against him.
Police Brigadier General Arnel Escobal, Bicol regional director. said Baldo was released from Legazpi City Jail around 4:47 pm of September 9 after posting P8.7 million bail last week.
"However, a hold-departure order was issued against the accused and that he, his immediate family, and his counsel are banned from talking about the case before the media," said Escobal.
