Holidays declared in various areas

President Rodrigo Duterte has issued proclamations declaring non-working day in at least three areas in the country this month.
Proclamation No. 791 declared August 20, Tuesday, a special non-working day in Lucena City in Quezon to mark the celebration of its Charter Day.
Proclamation No. 792 provided for a special non-working day in the municipality of Liloy in Zamboanga del Norte to mark the celebration of its 68th founding anniversary on August 22, Thursday.
August 30, Friday, was declared as a special non-working day in Arakan town in Cotabato for the celebration of its 28th founding anniversary, according to Proclamation No. 793.
