Based on their data, around 695 patrollers will be deployed in cemeteries and transportation hubs such as trains, bus terminals, seaports and airports.
Also, around 1,946 force multipliers are expected to assist them.
“Our riders and marked vehicles is not static. They will be patrolling the highways. But we will be stationing these vehicles and riders on the motorist assistance centers so that we can help those who will get into accident or have problems,” he said.
“Our effort is to keep the traffic going at the same time keep the streets safe for travellers or motorist,” Carlos added.
Carlos reminded motorists and drivers to prepare themselves and their vehicles for a long ride and check their health so they can protect their passengers and make their trip safe. Ella Dionisio/DMS
