Japanese drowns in Puerto Galera: police

A Japanese drowned in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro Sunday afternoon, police said Monday.
According to Mimaropa regional intelligence officer Police Lieutenant Colonel Socrates Faltado, the Japanese drowned around 3:40 pm in Barangay Sabang.
Investigation revealed that the victim and his compatriot went shallow diving but he panicked and drowned.
