Japanese national found dead in Quezon home

A Japanese national was found dead inside his residence in Tayabas City, Quezon Province Monday morning.
A police report from Tayabas City Police Station said they received a call from a certain Ronaldo Labita Lorbes, who identified himself as a relative of a victim. He said he found a man, whom he says is his uncle lifeless inside his bedroom.
Initial investigation disclosed the Japanese was asleep around 9 pm last December 2 and was discovered dead around 6:30 am the next day.
"According to the relative of the victim he was suffering from heart illness and mild stroke," the report said.
Upon investigation, authorities did not found any traces of foul play but they still recommend the cadaver to undergo toxicology examination and post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death. Ella Dionisio/DMS
