LOOK: Arrest Orders No. 1 & 2 issued by Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana as martial law administrator

Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana, martial law administrator, has issued two arrest orders containing the names of over 300 people who were allegedly identified as members/supporters/spies/couriers of the Islamic State-linked Maute Group, Abu Sayyaf Group, Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters, and Maguid Group.
