NCRPO saves baby owl in Batangas

The National Capital Region Police Office ( NCRPO) rescued a baby owl in Batangas.
Around 10:30 am on Wednesday, the baby owl was found by Lieutenant Mark Angelo Bucad of NCRPO Mobile Force Battalion during patrol in Tanauan, Talisay Road.
The baby owl was rescued by Bucad's team upon discovering that it was badly injured and in a near-death situation.
After being given first aid by the policemen, the baby owl was rushed to the NCRPO's Advance Command Post in Sto. Tomas where it was given food, water, and shelter before it was turned over to proper authorities.
"We will continue our effort to help our fellows who have fallen victims to Taal Volcano eruption. With that statement, I mean both humans and animals who were severely affected by this catastrophe, said Major General Debold Sinas, acting NRPO director..
The rescued owl was named "Tala."
