March 19, 2019
At least 148 kilos of shabu worth P1 billion were seized by Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) agents at a shabu laboratory in Ayala Alabang and a related buy-bust in Muntinlupa City Tuesday.
Around 123 kilos of shabu with a street value of P836.4 million were recovered in Ayala Alabang around 7 pm.
PDEA Director General Aaron Aquino led anti-narcotics agents in the
raid at the house along Apitong street.
The raid came after a drug bust in the parking lot of a shopping mall in Alabang around 5 p.m, said PDEA spokesman Derrick Carreon
The suspects, Chinese Kei Kei Go, 40, and Emerson Pascual, 79, were arrested after they sold shabu to PDEA operatives posing as drug buyers.
About 25 kilos of meth worth P170 million were confiscated.
“They chose this house because it is located in an exclusive subdivision which is quite difficult to enter,” Aquino said in a phone interview.
The PDEA is still conducting an inventory of drugs that have been seized as of 8 p.m. DMS
