Pagasa raises Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 4 over Catanduanes, eastern Camarines Sur

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) raised Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal 4 over Catanduanes and the eastern portion of Camarines Sur as Typhoon ''Rolly'' moved closer to Bicol Saturday night.
''Rolly'', with winds of up to 215 km/h and gusts of up to 265 km/h, was 280 kilometers east northeast of Virac, Pagasa said in its 8 pm bulletin.
Catanduanes and the eastern portion of Camarines Sur, which covers Siruma, Tinambac, Goa, Lagonoy, San Jose, Garchitorena, Presentacion, Caramoan will experience winds of greater than 171 km/h up to 220 km/h in at least 12 hours, Pagasa said.
Metro Manila and several areas are under Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal Number Two.
''Rolly'' is forecast to make landfall over Catanduanes early Sunday, Pagasa said. It will then pass over Camarines provinces Sunday morning and then over mainland Quezon Sunday afternoon.
After crossing the Southern Luzon-Manila area, ''Rolly'' will exit Luzon landmass Monday morning, Pagasa said.
Pagasa said that starting Sunday morning, ''Rolly'' will bring heavy to intense rains over Metro Manila, Bicol, Calabarzon, Aurora, Bulacan, Zambales, Bataan, Marinduque, Romblon, Occidental Mindoro and Oriental Mindoro. DMS
