Palace finds amusing Duterte masks for Halloween
October 30, 2019
Malacañang shrugged off on Wednesday Halloween masks patterned on President Rodrigo Duterte's face.
In an interview, Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo called the masks "amusing."
He said the masks are "scaring the criminals."
"If you become a topic for all, you're being fooled. It means you have arrived, otherwise they won't notice you," he said.
