PDEA seizes a total P10 million worth of illegal drugs

Operatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) confiscated around P10 million worth of shabu in two separate buy-bust operation in Metro Manila.
According to Public Information Officer III Blaine Canlas of PDEA-Regional Office, a 23-year old woman was arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted at Novaliches on Wednesday around 12:45 pm.
Recovered from the suspect were five pieces of knot-tied transparent plastic of suspected shabu, weighing around 500 grams, with a standard drug price of P 3,400,000.
PDEA NCR Director III Joel Plaza said suspect was arrested after she agreed to sell the confiscated illegal drugs to a PDEA agent who pretended to be a buyer.
On Tuesday afternoon, around P 6,800,000 worth of illegal drugs were seized from two alleged drug dealers inside a sports bar in Makati City.
These will be submitted to PDEA Laboratory Service for qualitative and quantitative examination.
