PDEA seizes P6.5 million worth of shabu in Lanao del Norte gas station

Operatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency ( PDEA) seized around P6.5 million worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation at Lanao del Norte on Thursday.

Joint operatives from PDEA, police and military conducted the operation at a gasoline station at West Poblacion in Balo-I, Lanao del Norte around 3:30 pm.

Authorities arrested a certain Jalil Akil Linog and confiscated one medium-sized sachet of shabu, 10 pieces knot-tied transparent cellophane containing shabu, his cellular phone and motorcycle.

Suspect will face violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. Ella Dionisio/DMS
