PNP greets Duterte on his birthday

The Philippine National Police ( PNP) on Thursday told President Rodrigo Duterte that the country will be great and strong under his leadership.

In a 36-second video, Police General Oscar Albayalde, head of the PNP, with some police personnel, greeted Duterte on his 74th birthday today.

“To our President Mayor Rodrigo Roa Duterte, Sir. In behalf of the 190,000 strong PNP personnel, we would like to greet you a happy, happy birthday,” Albayalde said.

“We wish you good health and long life. And we would like to assure you that PNP is behind you in all your advocacies and thrusts against illegal drugs, criminality and corruption. With your great leadership we can make our country great and strong,” he added.

Duterte, in some speeches, promised to take responsibility on all actions by the military and police during operations.
