Police arrest councilor said to be on top of drug list in Camarines Sur

Police arrested a municipal councilor, who is on the top of the druglist, in Camarines Sur on Wednesday due to alleged possession of illegal drugs.

In an initial report, Chief Inspector Maria Luisa Calubaquib, Bicol region police spokesperson, said Randy Texon was arrested at 8 PM in Barangay San Isidro Norte, Lagonoy town.

Police seized five medium-sized heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected crystalline substance or shabu and 14 small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing the same suspected illegal drugs.  Cristina Eloisa Baclig/DMS
