PSE index ends nearly 460 points lower

The Philippine Stock Exchange ( PSE) index fell 6.76 percent to end at 6,312.61 points, down 457.77 points on Monday.
In the broader market, there were 204 losers, 30 gainers and 23 unchanged.
Volume reached 1.15 billion shares worth P6.31 billion from Friday's 632.65 million shares valued at P5.88 billion.
Most active shares were led by Ayala Land, down P1.85 to P37.75; Ayala Corp., down 41.50 to P604 and SM Prime, down P2.45 to P36.10. DMS
