PSE index falls past 10%, trading halt triggered

The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) index sunk more than 10 percent, triggering halt of trading at 2:53 pm on Thursday.
The PSE index was at 5,705 points, down 10.2 percent.
Trading was to resume at 3:10 pm. DMS
