June 24, 2020
The Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) temporarily closed its headquarters and the trading floor Wednesday morning after one of its employees tested positive for COVID-19, it said in a press statement.
The closure will last for 24 hours as the PSE will decontaminate its offices. It added that trading will not be affected as participants can trade offsite.
''The PSE will initiate contact tracing to identify the individuals that the employee was in close contact with when the staff member was in the premises of the Exchange,'' it added. DMS
