QC cops arrest two drug suspects, seizes more P1.4m shabu

Quezon City police Friday arrested two drug suspects and seized more than P1.4 million in a buy-bust operation by the Batasan Police Station in Barangay Payatas.
Police Brig. General Ronnie Montejo, Quezon City director, said arrested were Luis Concepcion, 43, of Brgy. Bagong Silangan and Jessa May Javier, 21, of Brgy. Payatas were arrested by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) operatives of Batasan PS 6 under Police Lt. Col. Romulus Gadaoni, at 5:45 pm, in Sampaguita Extension, Area A, Brgy. Payatas.
Gadaoni said they received information from an informant regarding the drug peddling activities of the suspects, prompting them to set a buy-bust.
A police acted as poseur buyer and bought P50,000.00 worth of shabu from the suspects and at a signal, they were arrested.
Police also seized 212 grams of shabu valued at P1,441,600.00 and a caliber 38 revolver loaded with five live ammunition.
Concepcion was listed in the drug data base of the station. DMS
