Resident drowns while securing motorbanca in Camarines Sur

A resident of Camarines Sur drowned while securing the mooring lines of a motorbanca during the height of Super Typhoon ''Rolly'', the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said Monday.
The motobanca, MB Camaligan, eventually capsized, the PCG added.
"Personnel of the Coast Guard Sub-Station - Camaligan and PNP Maritime Group - Camaligan joined the search and retrieval operation," the PCG said.
