Taiwanese dies in Pasay

A Taiwanese died of an apparent suicide in Pasay City last Tuesday, a police report said.
A report from the Pasay City police station named the victim as Wang Yi Chieh. Initial investigation said Wang shot himself around 3pm along FB Harrison Extension, Brgy. 76, Zone 10.
Wang was seen sitting in the gutter before pulling his short firearm from his bag then shot, police said.
SPO3 Jenomar Geraldino, investigator of the case, said they recovered a handwritten notes from the victim in Chinese characters.
Geraldino said they are still waiting for the victims’ relatives.
The Pasay City police has a witness who saw the incident. They also have a copy of the CCTv footage.
He said they cannot conduct an autopsy as they are waiting for approval from Taiwanese diplomatic officials.
