Three of four foreigners working in POGO: DOLE

Three out of four foreigners legally working in the country are in the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs) industry. 

In a report by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Thursday,  there are 83,764 Alien Employment Permits (AEPs) issued to POGO workers in 2019. 

This accounts for  75.07 percent of the 111,583 total AEPs issued to foreign nationals for 2019.
