Two blasts near Cotabato City Hall reported

Two explosions were heard near Cotabato City Hall hours before the election day ended on Monday.
Maj. Arvin Encinas, spokesman of the 6th Infantry Division, said the explosions with one minute interval were heard from Matalam St. Malagapas, RH 10, Cotabato City around 10:10 pm.
"Initial investigation revealed that one of the site of explosion in located within the City Hall Compound just seven meters to the wall of the City Hall Building where a fragment of 40 mm cartridge high explosive was recovered," he said.
"The search from the 2nd site of explosion is ongoing as of this report," he added.
The military said no one was reported injured.
It can be recalled that an explosion was also monitored within the vicinity of same place around 10 pm last Sunday, hours before the election day.
