Two die from ”Quiel” in Cagayan

Two victims died from Severe Tropical Storm ''Quiel'' and the tailend of a cold front in Cagayan province.
In its latest report, the Cagayan Provincial Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office said Eljhay Dallego, 10 and Augusto Jamon Achagan, 36, died due to landslide.
The victims were residents of Claveria, Cagayan.
A total of 2,373 families or 8,185 persons within the 84 barangays of the eight municipalities of Cagayan were affected by the weather systems.
Among the affected population 3,520 individuals or 854 families were displaced. Robina Asido/DMS
