”Unexpected system error” delays DOH daily COVID-19 case report to 8 pm
August 10, 2020
The Department of Health (DOH) said Monday it will release its daily bulletin of coronavirus disease cases at 8 pm, four hours later from its usual announcement.
''This is due to an unexpected system error that caused the non-inclusion of new cases in the COVIDKAYA-extracted database,'' said DOH.
''The problem has been addressed but it entails additional time to process the recently extracted data,'' added DOH.
DOH said it is '' investigating the root cause in the system and will ensure that measures are in place to avoid this incident in the future.'' DMS
