FOCAP Forum with MILF Chairman Murad Ebrahim: “What Now and Where To?”

Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) Chairman Murad Ebrahim answers questions on the the recently signed Bangsamoro Organic Law during a forum with the Foreign Correspondents Association of the Philippines last July 24, 2018 in Makati City. During the forum, it was learned that President Duterte announced he had signed the law following the approval by the House of Representatives of the draft BOL passed by the bicameral committee. A ceremonial signing was later on held on Aug. 6, 2018 at Malacanang Palace.
