Japan’s ECC ties up with PH university to offer Nihongo program

The leading foreign language institute in Japan, ECC, signed a partnership agreement with the Perpetual Help University DALTA to offer Japanese Blended Learning Program at its Las Pinas campus starting in June, 2018.
