JICA, DOH launch 1.85-billion yen program to help PH drug dependents

The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Department of Health launch the five-year 1.85-B yen program starting 2018 to introduce evidence-based relapse prevention programs to drug dependence treatment and rehabilitation centers in the Philippines.
