Philippine-made cube satellite Maya-1 deployed into space

The Philippine-made cube satellite, named Maya-1, was deployed into orbit from the “Kibo Module” at the International Space Station. The deployment was beamed locally from Japan’s Tsukuba Space Center on August 10, 2018 at the UP Electrical and Electronics Engineering Institute Reading Room, Diliman, Quezon City.
