Spanish institutes launch book on Southeast Asia, ASEAN

Two Spanish institutes launch Breaking Barriers, Creating Communities: Southeast Asia and ASEAN — An Introduction last March 12 at the Writers Bar, Raffles Hotel. The book was written by Manila Shimbun editorial consultant Virgilio DC. Galvez and Jose “Pepe” Rodriguez, journalist and diplomat.
