he PCSO’s Ultra Lotto 5/68 draw ballooned to over P1.1 billion on Friday as nobody among the millions of bettors was able to win the jackpot prize — the biggest in the history of the PCSO’s lottery. The winning combination for Friday night’s draw, which is televised over the government PTV-4 network, was 28-14-54-50-17-27. The next draw will be held on Sunday night, Oct. 14.
